Lawsuit – Casandra Ventura a/k/a “Cassie”

November 16, 2023

Combs’ protege and singer Cassie sued him for alleging years of sexual abuse including rape. The lawsuit alleged he forced her to have sex with male prostitutes while he filmed them.

On November 16, 2023, Casandra Ventura a/k/a “Cassie” filed a 35-page lawsuit in which she exposed Defendant Combs of subjecting her to nearly a decade of physical, sexual and emotional abuse punctuated by rape, sex trafficking and being forced to engage in drug-fueled non consensual sexual encounters with other men. Ventura’s claims were confirmed by various witnesses, including a rival musician whose car Defendant Combs blew up, various individuals who observed Defendant Combs beat. Ms. Ventura and a video released by CNN, just a few weeks ago, showing Defendant Combs physically abusing, battering and assaulting Ms. Ventura.

Since Ventura’s brave decision to file a lawsuit against Defendant Combs, Defendant Combs has accumulated numerous lawsuits across the country for the same conduct alleged by Ms. Ventura. Complaint 2023

WARNING: DISTRESSING CONTENT. Sean “Diddy” Combs was seen shoving, kicking and dragging his then-girlfriend Cassie Ventura in harrowing 2016 surveillance released Friday.

The video, obtained by CNN and dated March 5, 2016, shows the rapper and producer running after the singer down a hallway at the InterContinental Hotel in Century City, Los Angeles.

Combs — who has a towel wrapped around his waist — then grabs her by the back of the neck and throws her to the floor. While holding his towel closed with one hand, he proceeds to kick her, the video shows.

2023 Joie Dickerson-Neal

November 23, 2023

Joie Dickerson, was a 19-year-old student at Syracuse University when she agreed to meet Combs at a restaurant in Harlem in 1991. After their date, Combs “intentionally drugged” her, then brought her home and sexually assaulted her.

Without her knowledge, Combs videotaped the assault and later shared it with several friends in the music industry, the suit alleges. The public exposure sent Dickerson into a “tailspin,” contributing to severe depression that landed her in the hospital and forced her to drop out of college.

After the filmed assault, Dickerson said she approached friends in the music industry asking them to confirm the existence of the “revenge porn” tape, but they were “terrified that Combs would retaliate against them and that they would lose future business and music opportunities.”

April Lampro Lawsuit

Lawsuit – April Lampro

May, 2024

A lawsuit alleging that Sean “Diddy” Combs drugged and sexually assaulted a woman 20 years ago while she was a college student in New York City.

Ms. Lampros met Mr. Combs in early 1994 after the birth of his first son, Justin Dior Combs. 13. At the time, Ms. Lampros was a college student at the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) studying fashion design and marketing. To impress her, Mr. Combs would often invite her to Bad Boy Recording Studios in New York City.

month after the Father’s Day event, Mr. Combs invited Ms. Lampros to an exclusive Bad Boy Party with performances by Usher, Craig Mack, and The Notorious B.I.G.

Mr. Combs displayed as kind gestures quickly manifested into an aggressive, coercive, and abusive relationship based on sex. 19. These acts were not isolated to the state of New York, as Mr. Combs would fly Ms. Lampros to Atlanta to see him, where they would spend time together. Ms. Lampros would also fly to Miami to see Mr. Combs at his home.

Upon information and belief, throughout the years with Mr. Combs, there were four terrifying sexual encounters Ms. Lampros endured. According to Ms. Lampros, Mr. Combs had a terrible temper and often threatened to harm her if she failed to do what he said, if he witnessed her talking to other men, or if she failed to take his phone calls.

According to Ms. Lampros, she was also not allowed to talk about her relationship with Mr. Combs to anyone because he did not want anyone to know he was seeing her because she is a white woman. Sexual

Assault Encounter #1:

The first horrific sexual encounter occurred in 1995 when Ms. Lampros met up with Mr. Combs in South of Houston Street (SoHo) at a bar. She was introduced to a woman named (REDACTED), and the group lightly drank throughout that evening. At the time, Ms. Lampros was a college student and did not drink any alcohol. Due to Mr. Combs’ delusional and violent outbursts, she succumbed to pressure and reluctantly drank with Mr. Combs and (REDACTED). As they drank, Ms. Lampros began to feel uneasy. At this point, she had only had a few sips of one drink. Ms. Lampros and (REDACTED) were guided to a vehicle and left the bar with Mr. Combs.

They arrived at the Millennium Hotel. While at the hotel, Ms. Lampros continued to feel uneasy. 26. She recalls feeling like the walls were closing in on her. She was laid on the hotel bed where Mr. Combs forced himself on top of her. Mr. Combs began to kiss Ms. Lampros, and as she turned her head, trying to avoid the interaction, he grabbed her face. Mr. Combs continued to kiss her forcefully. Ms. Lampros informed him that she wasn’t feeling well, but he ignored her words and continued to take off her clothing.

Ms. Lampros tried to hold onto her clothing, but she felt weak and powerless in this situation. Ms. Lampros pleaded with Mr. Combs to stop, and he ignored her. Ms. Lampros could not process why this was occurring and felt a loss of control. Ms. Lampros was being raped by Mr. Combs, and she soon passed out. The next morning, Ms. Lampros was awoken by the sun peering through the drapes. She was nude, sore, and confused. Ms. Lampros quickly got out of bed, clothed herself, and left the hotel room as fast as she could. Months after the first rape, Mr. Combs pursued Ms. Lampros. He sent her gifts, cards, and flowers and used his power and access to music industry events to lure Ms. Lampros back to him. Ms. Lampros was a hopeful yet naïve college student and took Mr. Combs at his word and believed that the first rape was a possible mulligan and decided to give him a second chance. At the time, Ms. Lampros was a college student in her late teens and early twenties. Her decision to return to Mr. Combs after being raped is indicative of many assault survivors who return to their abusers. Ms. Lampros agreed to meet with Mr. Combs to discuss the business opportunities he promised, as he knew her passion was to pursue a career in fashion and music.
They met up and talked near his Manhattan apartment, which was somewhere near 30th Street at that time. Ms. Lampros was under the impression that what had occurred months prior between them would not happen again. She was holding onto Mr. Combs’ promises of access to his industry to pursue her passion.

Adrea English Lawsuit

July 3, 2024

On July 3, 2024 Andrea English filed a lawsuit against Diddy. Alleges sexual assault and sex trafficking between 2004 and 2009. Used as as sexual pawn’ at Diddy’s parties. Alleges Diddy engaged in prostitution and sex work.

Andria English: Prior to moving to New York, in or around early 2004, Plaintiff participated as an actor in the adult film industry under the name “Omunique.” Plaintiff participated in approximately eight adult films prior to moving to New York which were done while Plaintiff was a teenager. Plaintiff was coerced by veteran porn star Jake Steed into doing these films with the promise they would never be viewed or circulated within the United States. Plaintiff moved to New York from California to evade the disappointment of her family when they discovered she was acting in adult movies, as Plaintiff was led to believe the adult movies would only be seen and purchased abroad therefore difficult to be viewed by those who knew her personally.

Plaintiff moved to New York, destitute and homeless with her then-boyfriend, starving up and coming model Anthony Gallo. While Plaintiff’s then-boyfriend auditioned for modeling gigs and attended go-sees in New York, Plaintiff began go-go dancing and performing at Larry Flint’s Hustler Club on 51st Street in New York under the stage name of “Sasha.”

About mid 2004, Mr. Gallo attended an audition for a Sean John modeling campaign in New York where Plaintiff accompanied him. During that audition, another model and Mr. Gallo were asked to perform felatio on Defendant Combs in order to book the modeling campaign. Mr. Gallo refused but was later reapproached by employee, Defendant Thomas, offering new terms. The terms being that Mr. Gallo could still book the Sean John campaign if he commanded the Plaintiff to work Defendant Combs’ and BBE’s upcoming “White Party” in the Hamptons as a go-go dancer, as Plaintiff was a well-known talented and highly sought after dancer at Larry Flint’s Hustler Club. In an effort to assist Mr. Gallo’s desire to become a model, Plaintiff agreed to what she believed to be legitimate employment with Defendant Combs and BBE as entertainment at the “White Parties” in the Hamptons, NY and Miami, FL from 2004-2009. Plaintiff did not agree to a lifetime of aftermath of being used as a sexual pawn for the pleasure and financial benefit of others.

Adrea English first employment at a “White Party” was Summer, 2004. She was picked up by Thomas in a car driven by one of the Does owned either by Defendant Combs, BBE, SJC, CGE or Organizational Doe, and transported to Defendant Combs’ estate in the Hamptons, NY which served as the venue for the Labor Day “White Party.”

When Plaintiff arrived at Defendant Combs’ Hampton Estates with Defendant Thomas, and other sex trafficked individuals, Defendant Thomas brought them into a room where they changed into clothes provided for them.

Andrea was provided a separate room from the party, away from where the partygoers congregated, that was used by Plaintiff and other employees as a break room to take respite during the party as Plaintiff was there in an employment capacity. She was encouraged directly by Thomas to provide lap dances and be sexually flirtatious with the guests at the “White Party.” She was also instructed and directed by Defendant Combs as to which guests Plaintiff should focus attention and interaction with to ensure his guests were having a great time. Andrea was strictly instructed by Combs and Thomas on which bottles of alcohol and champagne female employees were to exclusively drink from and also required her to take narcotics offered by a “White Party” guest. Despite being forced to drink copious amounts of alcohol and consume illicit narcotics, the encounters Plaintiff was forced to endure were so excruciating that Plaintiff remembers them as they still haunt her to this day.

  • She was forced to consume liquor and illicit narcotics as part of her employment at the “White Party.”
  • Combs laced the liquor with ecstasy which is why Plaintiff was provided strict rules on which bottles to consume from.
  • Thomas and Combs groomed Plaintiff into sex trafficking over time.

Around the third “White Party,” Defendants Thomas and Combs demanded Plaintiff begin engaging in vaginal sexual intercourse with guests, as they had learned about her past in adult entertainment and used it forcefully to coerce Plaintiff into sex work for the benefit of Defendant Thomas and Combs and their beneficiaries.

Tamiko Thomas, in her employment capacity, was responsible for transporting and making payment to individuals like Plaintiff, in furtherance of a corrupt organization of sex trafficking on behalf of Defendant Combs and the beneficiaries of the corrupt organization including Defendants Jacob, VIBE and PMC. During this “White Party,” Plaintiff was provided a “black dress” to wear by Defendants Thomas and Combs when previously Plaintiff was provided white clothing like other guests and the theme of the party.

Jacob Arabov was a beneficiary of the corrupt organization ran by Defendants Combs, BBE, Thomas, VIBE and PMC, and is pictured with the Plaintiff above, when he knowingly had intercourse with Plaintiff, who was trafficked for that specific purpose. Jacob, in 2008, was sentenced to two and a half years in federal prison regarding a multi state drug ring, was fined $50,000 and had to forfeit $2,000,000.00 to the U.S. Government. Prior to being imprisoned, Defendant Jacob frequented parties thrown by Defendant Combs and BBE where he knowingly participated in the illegal commodification of women via sex trafficking. Upon information and belief, Defendant Jacob still runs a business, Jacob and Co., licensed to do business in New York with its headquarters located at 48 East 57th Street, NY 10022.

VIBE runs a magazine, licensed to do business in New York with its headquarters located at 475 5th Ave. New York, NY 10022. Defendant VIBE has had an ongoing relationship with Defendant Combs and all of Defendant’s Enterprises include BBE, SJC and CGE, was corrupt and exploitive to Plaintiff and to benefit Defendant VIBE and other members of the corrupt organization. Defendant VIBE’s ongoing beneficial relationship with Defendant Combs dates back as far as 1993. Defendant VIBE further injured Plaintiff in an effort to further the corrupt organization when it published Plaintiff’s picture, in the issue pictured above, without Plaintiff’s notice or consent, written or otherwise.

PMC does business in New York throughout its ownership of Defendant VIBE and its distribution of several media outlets that are distributed, marketed and consumed in this jurisdiction.

September 24, 2024 Lawsuit Claims: In 1996, after being released from California Youth Authority, Herman G. Starks Youth Training School, the plaintiff was introduced to Bad Boy CEO Sean “Diddy” Combs by the plaintiff’s NBA star cousin Chris “Joe” and his best friend Deon “Doe” after a party hosted by another NBA star, Paul “Doe.” Sean “Diddy” Combs needed security in the L.A. area as this was the height of the East Coast/West Coast (Tupac, Biggie) war.

The plaintiff introduced Sean “Diddy” Combs, Biggie Smalls, and other Bad Boy members to her cousin Orlando Anderson, who was assaulted by Tupac Shakur and members of Death Row Records, including Trayvon Lane, who the plaintiff had provided protection for during her time in Youth Authority.

Later, Sean “Diddy” Combs invited the plaintiff to hang out in Studio City, where defendant Combs allegedly drugged and sexually assaulted the plaintiff.

The plaintiff, Carmel, had been molested by her stepmom from ages 5 to 13 and also experienced abuse from L.A. County Juvenile Probation staff members at Los Padrinos, Sylmar, Eastlake, Camp Mira Loma, Camp Kilpatrick, and CYA facilities. This prolonged exposure to abuse left her vulnerable, and the trauma had long-lasting effects on her well-being.

After being released, Carmel faced additional challenges as she navigated her way back into society. She found herself intertwined in the complicated and dangerous world of high-profile individuals, which ultimately led to her association with Sean “Diddy” Combs. Despite her attempts to build a stable life, she was pulled into a cycle of abuse and exploitation that compounded her existing trauma. Lawsuit
