After reviewing the receipt, she approached the correct apartment and delivered the order.
The resident reportedly identified himself as Shawn Moore.
Moore attempted to follow the resident into the apartment before stopping and walking away.
Residents later described Moore as appearing confused and disoriented.
Later That Day: Moore voluntarily entered Three Rivers Behavioral Health in West Columbia, South Carolina. As a voluntary patient, she retained the ability to leave the facility at any time.

Moore was later seen walking away from the gym toward a wooded area behind Lowe’s Home Improvement.
She was wearing an olive-green zip-up hoodie and black athletic pants.
9:17 p.m. Camera footage captured Moore walking through the Publix parking lot at 100 Old Cherokee Road.
She was seen walking toward Old Cherokee Road.

10:57 a.m. Chief Terrence Green requested the assistance of the Town of Lexington community in bringing Elena Katherine Moore, age 39, home safely. Source
3:45 p.m. Officers with the Lexington Police Department, along with Lexington County Sheriff’s Department and Lexington County Fire Services, conducted a search of the areas behind Planet Fitness and Lowe’s Home Improvement along Caughman Farm Lane. Media staging was announced in the 200 block of Caughman Farm Lane, and Inspector Missy Silcox was identified as the PIO on scene. Source

Police stated that Moore signed in at Planet Fitness on June 11 at approximately 6:40 p.m.
Investigators confirmed she was last seen walking away from Planet Fitness toward the wooded area behind Lowe’s Home Improvement.
Officers deployed a drone in the area with negative results.

Based on that information, officers and emergency personnel began an extensive search of wooded areas along Old Cherokee Road. Search efforts involved personnel from multiple local and state agencies.
2:48 p.m. Search teams located an unidentified body within the search area.
