A cyber tip led investigators to Regan, and on his devices, they found sexually explicit images of children, including “females engaged in sexual activity with an adult male inside of a vehicle.

June 24, 2024: A subsequent review of Regan’s social media applications by law enforcement revealed that on June 24, 2024, Regan had distributed two videos of CSAM.

On October 17, 2024, Homeland Security Investigations executed a search warrant at Regan’s home, where it located an image of child sexual abuse material on his phone. Regan told law enforcement that he was employed at a middle school in Orlando and taught chess and music lessons at a Boys & Girls Club.

“The DOJ said Regan admitted to agents that he had sent and received child sexual abuse material using an online social media platform. Investigators said Regan holds a position of public trust with regular access to children.
