Proudfoot Family Interviews

WebSleuth

April 27, 2024 websleuth

2hrs prior to Chris joining a live stream PI and the host spoke about rumors.

  • A cemetery
  • A crematorium
  • A private plane
  • A yacht

Chris Proudfoot joined in

  • Chris says Terry and Cathy went on the trip to Alaska for 2 weeks on a business trip
  • Chris said Chloe never spoke with him but he spoke with Heather.
  • Chloe said she sent a Facebook message on March 17th introducing herself. She asked if Chris came home on the weekends Sebastian was at Seth’s house or did Katie come to him. She wanted to know his day to day compared to Sebastians schedule basically.
  • after seeing comments from a live chat on Chris being drunk & belligerent, he said he is just “a pissed-off dad”
  • Chris talks about Seth opening his mouth about Sebastian’s bathroom habits.
  • Chris said Vigood conversation but 3 hours later Seth blamed “my wife” Katie in an interview and Chloe said don’t focus on things others have done which makes him angry and he says You are full of shit (which I agree she is)
  • Chris got Seth the job, he learned about job opening he called Seth and told him he should apply for it and Seth called him and thanked him. Chris says he’s been a supporter and cheerleader this whole time.
  • Seth called him and said he wouldn’t finish the training, He encouraged him to complete the requirements to get the job for Sebastian so he knows what his dad can do.
  • Chris did not take flyers down, nobody has seen proof of that
  • Chris said tips coming in weeks later are terrible for the investigation and know you won’t get a call back when you call in a tip so just call in and send it to the PIs
  • Chris is not upset with any agencies involved and they’ve thrown everything they have at this. The number of assets makes this a huge search for TN and Sumner County and he thinks they’re doing everything they can
  • PI says everyone in this case has been ripped to shreds and it doesn’t help find Sebastian (well she is part of the drama so it’s not her place to say anything)
  • Chris wants Seth to agree to stay off YT and the PIs agreed wth him.
  • Chris thinks to that sebastian walked out the house and walked off the front porch and vanished into thin air bc he doesn’t know what happened
  • Chris says every door in the house was locked. Keypad on front door. Key to unlock every other door. There’s a backdoor. The only realistic possibility in his mind is he walked out the front door.
  • Chris says he doesn’t know if he was running and was scared of something
  • Chris and Katie said the clothes he was wearing that night at Texas Roadhouse are accounted for and is in the possession of law enforcement
  • Chris says to be more specific he was wearing Adidas stripe on the side style black plants, a long sleeve shirt with a picture on the front of it
  • Gray Hughes says from what he’s seen Chris has been trying to figure things out to him and he has felt his emotions and said he would feel the way he does if the community hated him
  • Chris says the spanking him one time on his butt outside of his clothes years ago. While it’s not morally correct, he says it’s not abuse.
  • The CPS incident is not related to the belt. Sebastian went to school one day and told a teacher something, cps comes to the house and it had nothing to do with sebastian being spanked. That incident was because sebastian didn’t like being in trouble. The incidents with the spanking and the CPS coming is two separate incidents allegedly. Says difference between discipline and abuse.
  • Gray says it used to be normal to spank your children.
  • Chris says no violence in the home as far as Sebastian is concerned
  • Thud – It was between the time they got on the phone and the time they got off the phone.
  • It was so dark that you couldn’t see anything on the cameras Sebastian wouldve went by
  • Chris says he has sleeping issues and that’s been his whole life.
  • Chris said he’s never seen Sebastian hide under a neighbors car
  • Chris said Sebastian is one way at their house and another at his father’s house and he can’t speak on his fathers.
  • Chris says Sebastian was NOT excited to go live with Seth bc he would be doing online school instead of an in person school. He was excited at first but after learning about online school he didnt want to go. He didnt want to discuss why online school sighting it’s a personal family matter.
  • when asked if it’s common for him and Katie to talk that long on the phone at night. Chris says “sure”
  • Seth asked Chris about rumors that Cathy has Sebastian
  • Chris says if Seth thinks his parents have something to do with Sebastian he can call them he has Cathy’s number and Seth said he wants to hear from Chris
  • Seth was at Chris’s house for 3 days at the beginning
  • Chris has an issue with Seth making accusations. He says Law enforcement has talked to his parents and his whole family. Seth knows his parents weren’t with Katie Sunday night.
  • Chris said he is willing to work with him, Seth has asked questions about the dogs, a PR person, etc. Chris said he’s dug into people, he said if you think I wouldn’t dig into ppl when you give me a name
  • Chris said there were 13-18 dogs total in and outside the house. Day 1 there was only 5 dogs, on day 1 one of them hit. A total of 3 different dogs took off towards the construction site to the retention pond. Same trail same path. Rest of the dogs went in different directions, and it’s all unreliable.
  • Chris says they are searching and putting up flyers, he said all 3 parents were told not to search at the beginning. Chris said they aren’t doing public searches
  • Chris says they’ve been getting death threats and reports everything to TBI
  • Chris is back working
  • Chris said he will get back to the spokesperson
  • Chris says Seb had a great day and was in a good mood from what he has seen on video footage. He doesn’t look upset as far as they all know. Seth doesn’t interject
  • Chris says the weekend was a normal time for them to go out and do things there wasn’t a special occasion. He doesn’t think sebastian was overstimulated
  • Chris upset at Seth and PI accusation and says lets get TBI agents Bobby and Carter involved in the conversation. PI backs off
  • Chris says Seth put a lot of things out there he shouldn’t have and encouraged rumors
  • Chris didn’t say Seth would actually find his son at church, he meant go to church and find him through God

Summary:

Family:

  • His mother and stepfather have been questioned by LE along with his entire family.
  • His stepfather took a work trip to Alaska and mom went with. It wasn’t a month long vacation.
  • His mom was at home when Sebastian went missing.
  • He also said Seth has his mother’s number to clarify anything!
  • He was very angry about the allegations of his mom and step-dad.

House and Street:

  • The house has been searched.
  • The subdivision is dark with no street lights. Cameras in the subdivision didn’t even pick up detectives in the video footage. If this is the case it is possible that they did not pick up Sebastian.
  • Three doors in the house:
  • 2 have to be physically locked and were still locked.
  • Front door has a code entry
  • so the only possible way he left was the front door as the others require a key to lock back if u exit. This is why they believe he had to of left from front door.

Sleeping habits:

  • Sebastian did have trouble sleeping at night.
  • He isn’t aware of Sebastian going outside at night wondering around while KP was sleeping on other occasions, but that doesn’t mean he hasn’t.

Dogs:

  • 3 dogs hit on the same path from front door to retention pond and construction site.

That night:

  • KP heard a thud when they were on the phone. Sebastian responded when she called out for him.
  • It isn’t unusual for them to talk on the phone for hours.

Family Habits:

  • It isn’t unusual for Sebastian to do family days or outings as he isn’t tied up in sports or extra curricular activities.
  • The weekends are when they get to do stuff when everyone isn’t working.

Incident:

  • He claims belt incident happened years ago.
  • Chris claims Sebastian was upset over rules that did not involve spanking or anything. He said something to a teacher and they investigated. It was unfounded and cps told Sebastian he can’t make false reports just because he gets in trouble at home.

The PI said KP is on video from school searching that morning for Sebastian.

  • His family does not own a cemetery or funeral home.
  • Proudfoots have received numerous death threats and any time they get something like this they report it to LE.
  • They have been informed by LE to not search as they wanted available for questions. They did search anyway, but due to death threats they didn’t search with the public as Seth did. They have been putting out flyers and searching when they can.
  • Chris is back to work.

Seth accusations on not returned e-mail but then claims CP called him:

  • Chris is sending resources to LE before allowing them to do anything.
  • He doesn’t just want random strangers in his house or on his property.
  • He claims this is why he hadn’t gave an answer to Seth yet and that it also takes longer between waiting for LE to respond and his work schedule being the opposite of Seth’s.

Video from restaurant:

  • The same outfit Sebastian was seen wearing on video at TRH was given to LE and was used to track Sebastian! He claims Sebastian was laughing and happy in the videos LE pulled from Sunday!

Polygraph:

  • CP has taken a polygraph administered by TBI and another agency. He passed both and claims TBI reached out to Seth to confirmed this.

He asked for everyone to stop waiting when they have something to report and call it immediately and to keep spreading the word about Sebastian, but to keep it in a positive light!

Sebastian Rogers Missing Update

Dogs: “Sebastian Rogers | Christopher Proudfoot: The Call”

YouTube Video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OnGdkstOVpE

Transcript

  • Christopher Proudfoot: Said that they did, or she did, and, or didn’t… I didn’t know who she actually worked for, so yeah. No, you got questions?
  • Caller: Yeah, a lot of people are saying—Yeah, and that’s what I heard, and then I read it. I read the article from the actual news, and it said that the dogs got a scent, a scent from an article of clothing or something, and then they tracked all the way here, like several times.
  • caller: Here’s a better one: The dispatcher—the call got released from the dispatchers to the deputies and the responding units. In that release of information, you can clearly hear the dispatcher and the cops all saying, “The dogs got the scent over here at this location.” Okay. And I mean, for people to say no… yeah. And that’s what everyone kept saying. I’m like, “There’s got to be some truth to this,” because that doesn’t make any sense.
  • Christopher Proudfoot: So yeah, they tracked here.
  • Caller: So, yeah.
  • Christopher Proudfoot: The scent that they got—as soon as you turn into our subdivision, you’re on Kell Drive. Drive all the way up to the very top of the hill at a four-way, you’ll see that to the right, they’re cutting in the new road that will link all this together.
  • Caller: Okay. Is that what he’s talking about?
  • Caller:: Do you know how much they actually drained?
  • Christopher Proudfoot: They drained the whole thing.
  • Caller: Okay.
  • Christopher Proudfoot: So initially, when they went over to look at it, it was only knee-deep. From the picture that you showed me, there’s a lot of new runoff.
  • Caller: Yeah, that’s what I was wondering.
  • Christopher Proudfoot: From where they’re cutting.
  • Caller: Yeah, I was trying to figure out—I don’t know how shallow it was before or after. I’m 5’4″, and it was… okay, so they even drained it and still walked in.
  • Caller: Okay, so they actually walked in?
  • Christopher Proudfoot: Yes, sir.
  • Caller: I didn’t know that.
  • Christopher Proudfoot: Yes, sir.

(02:49)

  • Christopher Proudfoot: And that is actually information that was told to me by law enforcement. So they actually—because I went on a ride-along with law enforcement. They put me in a vehicle, drove me around, showed me a bunch of stuff. I’m the only one they did that for.
  • Caller: Okay.
  • Christopher Proudfoot: So I can actually give you a little bit more information than what everybody else out there is running their mouth about.
  • Caller: Yeah.
  • I’m not going public with it, honestly. I’m tired of the BS and the rumors.
  • Caller: That’s what I kept trying to tell everybody. I was like, “You know, the kid—” Anyway, I said, “He left the house, and then the internet went crazy with rumors and speculation.” I don’t go off rumors. I go off what we actually have.
  • Christopher Proudfoot: Right.
  • – caller: I said something about that pond, and then it just stopped. I said, “So that’s where I want to go, that’s where I want to search and try to figure this out.”
  • Christopher Proudfoot: Right.
  • Christopher Proudfoot: So working backwards from the pond…
  • Caller: Okay.
  • Christopher Proudfoot: If you were to walk from the pond, go straight up into the construction site, you’ll see where they cut the road, and it turns left. If you walk that all the way back, it runs into our subdivision.
  • Caller: Okay.

(03:50)

  • Christopher Proudfoot: If you go down Kell all the way down to Stafford, then walk down toward Stafford, toward our house… from our house—if you’re looking at my house, I’m going to tell you where the dogs went.
  • Caller: Okay.
  • Christopher Proudfoot: They started on the front porch.
  • Caller: Okay.
  • Christopher Proudfoot: The dogs cut to the right. They go all the way down the side of the house along the fence.
  • Caller: Okay.
  • Christopher Proudfoot: So they went to the backside—to the north. If you’re looking at my house, it’s going to be the right-hand side.
  • Caller: Okay.
  • Christopher Proudfoot: The dog goes all the way down the fence, then comes all the way back up into the yard and cuts diagonally to the house next door to us, through their backyard.
  • Caller: Okay.
  • Christopher Proudfoot: That is the direction in which the dogs take off. Now after that, that’s where they get over to the main road, go up, and head over to the other subdivision.
  • Caller: Okay.

(05:09)

  • Christopher Proudfoot: I mean, they had a lot of dogs.
  • Caller: Yeah.
  • Christopher Proudfoot: Day one, there were five dogs. There was a Belgian Malinois, a Blue Heeler, two Bloodhounds, and a Blue Tick Hound.
  • Caller: Okay.
  • Christopher Proudfoot: I know with good dogs, they’ll do the track on the ground, and if they smell a stronger scent in the air, they’ll go to that direct scent.
  • Caller: Right.
  • Christopher Proudfoot: So if all the dogs were tracking on the ground, I feel like this is the place to figure it out.
  • Caller: Right.
  • Christopher Proudfoot: Because if it would have cross-tracked—like actually headed back—they should have been able to pick up on it.
  • Caller: Exactly.
  • Christopher Proudfoot: In the eight days of the very intense searching, on day one, the five dogs did that path. Out of the eight days, three different dogs from three different groups went to that same area and hit on that same scent.
  • Caller: Okay.
  • Christopher Proudfoot: On day one, two of those dogs did the same path.
  • Caller: Okay.
  • Christopher Proudfoot: I’m pretty sure that was a Bloodhound and The Blue Team.
  • Caller: Those were probably the better dogs.
  • Christopher Proudfoot:  Yeah, those two were probably the better ones. Now, the guy—I can’t remember his name—I called him Michael, but I think they call him Michel.
  • Caller: Okay.
  • Christopher Proudfoot: He’s French. He’s out of North Carolina, I believe. He trains handlers.
  • Caller: Okay.
  • Christopher Proudfoot: They brought his dogs out, and one of his dogs did that same path.
  • Caller: Right.
  • Christopher Proudfoot:**: That’s why I was like, “Well, there we go, folks.” Out of all the dogs, at least three had consistent hits on that strongest, most recent scent.

(07:05)

  • Christopher Proudfoot: The EMA director, S.K. Wagman, was the one responsible for the ground searching, waterways, and caves.
  • Caller: Okay.
  • Christopher Proudfoot: You can reach out to him for more details about what’s been covered.
  • Caller: Okay, I’ll do that.
  • Christopher Proudfoot: He’ll give you the best physical aspect of the search that took place.
  • Caller: I’ll reach out.
  • Christopher Proudfoot: Alright, man, you need anything—
  • Caller: Yeah, I’ll give you a call.
  • Christopher Proudfoot: Okay.
  • Caller: Thank you very much.
  • Christopher Proudfoot: Alright, thank you, sir.
